Agree a baseline
Choose one inclusion priority, complete a guided review and turn it into a small number of owned actions.
Whole School membership
A shared YIP workspace helps a school turn useful guidance into agreed actions, staff learning and evidence of what changed—without adding another cumbersome improvement system.

Implementation
YIP works best when the launch is small enough to be understood. The first month is about a named lead, a manageable staff group and one real priority—not a long list of features.
Week 1
Confirm the workspace owner, the staff group and one inclusion priority for the term.
Week 2
Invite up to 25 staff and give them a short, focused introduction to the library, tools and YIP Assistant.
Weeks 3–4
Assign one useful resource or guided tool, agree an owner and record what the team will look for.
End of term
Use the aggregate report and evidence log to decide what to keep, adapt or stop next term.
The workspace owner can invite colleagues, set clear roles and keep implementation work together. Billing and platform administration remain separate.
A year with YIP
This is a starting rhythm, not a prescribed programme. Schools can begin at any point and change the focus as their context changes.
Autumn
Choose one inclusion priority, complete a guided review and turn it into a small number of owned actions.
Spring
Use resources and staff discussion to strengthen the routines that matter, then record brief evidence of implementation.
Summer
Download the termly summary, identify what has become routine and carry only the useful next steps forward.
Reporting
School owners and organisation administrators can see active staff, resources assigned and completed, actions completed, guided-tool completion totals and evidence activity for a selected term.
The downloadable report contains totals only. It never includes staff names, pupil information, Assistant questions, guided-tool answers or evidence-note wording.
